Shree Magnets Pvt. Ltd. carries forward a legacy that began with the Sarda Magnets Group in 1958 — one of India's pioneering industrial magnet manufacturers. After decades of developing deep expertise in magnetic engineering, we established Shree Magnets as an independent, inventor-led company focused on bringing original magnetic solutions to global markets.

Our founder's hands-on approach to product development has produced two internationally recognised inventions: the Magnaslot electropermanent chuck and the Safebat battery lifting magnet — both distributed across Europe by Assfalg GmbH, Germany.

Magnaslot

Electropermanent Magnetic Chuck

The Magnaslot is a patented electropermanent (EPM) square-pole magnetic clamping system — essentially a complete magnetic machine bed. Unlike conventional electromagnetic chucks, it requires only a brief current impulse to activate or release the magnetic field, then holds completely independently of any power supply.

Its solid steel surface (vs. conventional epoxy resin) withstands hot chips, cutting fluids, and harsh machining environments. A single setup enables five-sided machining, dramatically reducing job changeover time.

Safebat

Battery-Operated EPM Lifting Magnet

The Safebat (SB series) is a battery-powered electropermanent lifting magnet that frees material-handling operations from dependence on external power. It activates and releases with a single button press, holds independently of its battery during the lift, and can complete up to 1,000 switching cycles on a single charge.

Designed for steel fabrication, logistics, and warehousing, it combines the safety of a permanent magnet hold with the convenience of electrical switching — all without trailing cables or overhead power infrastructure.
